Built in the 1970's, this 4,420 square foot office flaunts the original vintage interior with an array of textured walls, wood paneling and retro carpets. It features a reception area and five individual offices, including a master office with its own private bathroom and a hidden, “executive” wet bar. The conference room contains a 10 ft granite conference table, a bulletin board, and a concealed, but serviceable kitchen. The office includes two additional bathrooms, a break area, and two storage or vanities rooms. We also offer gated parking for up to six cars or two box trucks and additional private parking in the alongside the building.

Hourly Film Location Rental

Shoot your next project with us! We’ve hosted music videos, independent films, documentary productions, scripted TV shows, digital shorts, student films, passion projects and everything in-between. We are a production-friendly environment with experienced staff that are dedicated to bringing your vision to life. We offer a 15% discount for shoots that extend beyond one day. We also offer discounted rates for prep days and wrap days, if necessary.

Production Logistics Consulting

We have a team of experienced Producers and Production Coordinators that can advise your team regarding production insurance packages, location permits, use of copyrights, staffing, scheduling, and much more all at no extra cost. We simply want you to be able to maximize your production value between the frames.

Photography Studio & Equipment Rental

The location features a private photography studio with a white seamless backdrop–perfect for product shoots, headshots and portraits. We have c-stands, lights, soft-boxes and apple boxes that are available upon request for a small fee

Your Questions, Answered

Do you charge a fee for location or tech scouts?

We do not charge any fees location scouts. We also allow for an additional 2hr tech scout at no extra charge. We are confident that after seeing the location in-person, you will want to do business with us. Please email: plynch.media@gmail.com or call 818.400.4105 to schedule a scout today.

Do you require a security deposit?

We do not require a security deposit. However, we do require that every crew has production insurance with commercial general liability. Do you require a film permit?

We do not require a film permit for any shooting that takes place inside of the building. We only require a film permit for scenes that are shot outdoors.
